10:15 to 11:15 - "Breeze", the next gen TIP (Tivoli Integrated Portal), TWL (Tivoli Widget Library) Dashlets for Self Service Dashboard, including support on Mobile Handheld Devices.

Summary: Widget Library team will cover the salient features of "Breeze", developments in Tivoli Mobile Strategy, TWL Dashlets for Self Service Dashboard followed by a demo of creating a custom dashboard and accessing it from various mobile devices.

About the speaker - Bobby Joseph is a senior technical member in the Tivoli (TACCT) UI space. He has initiated UI component development in TACCT to deliver reusable dojo widgets for Tivoli's products and solutions. At present ,Bobby is leading the Tivoli WW level efforts on enablement of widgets on mobile devices along with UI self service dashboard enabled widgets (aka 'dashlets')."

11:30 to 12:15 - New definition of Product / Application integration using Open Standards with "IOSDP" (IBM Open Source Delivery Platform).

Summary: IOSDP, that brings together the Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) community's open specifications for linking data, shared administrative services, and client-defined management scenarios such as cloud, Business Service Management (BSM), and smart buildings. A deep dive to bring out the business value proposition which OSDP brings in, concepts of OSLC and how it eases the integrations, showcase the product integration demos, SMC, Transparent Development etc

About the speaker - Vijay is a Senior Software Developer working with IBM India Software Labs from past 8+ years. His work experience includes development as well as world wide L3 support project. He has deep skills in WebSphere Messaging domain, Lotus expeditor microbroker as well as OSLC. Currently his focus is to enable customers on IOSDP & bring in the value adds


12:15 to 13:15 -  Building Security Intelligence using IBM Security Systems & Addressing Emerging Threats through Next Generation Intrusion Prevention

Summary: With increasing and advanced security threats that Businesses are experiencing today, looking for ways to mitigate these associated risks.  TUG Bangalore comes up with the session that will discuss the IBM Security Portfolio & integrated enterprise security framework, providing an intelligent view into an organization's security posture and manage security along four foundational aspects: People, Data, Applications and Infrastructure.

An overview and demonstration of the IBM Security capabilities for addressing Emerging Threats through Next Generation Intrusion Prevention techniques.

About the speaker - Sreekanth Iyer is a Senior IT Architect in the IBM Security Solutions (CTO) team and focuses on cloud security. He is an IBM/Open Group Master Certified Architect and the chair of the Bangalore chapter of Association of Enterprise Architects.  He has contributed to multiple Open Group guides & publications including Cloud Computing for Business and Maximizing the Value of Cloud for Small-Medium Enterprises. Sulakshan V is a senior developer and solution architect for network intrusion prevention security systems.
